Start with a workout at the high-tech cardio and strength training center, then tan under the hot sun rays by the resort-style pool. It comes with an expansive sundeck, a grilling area, and Wi-Fi, so you can listen to a nice podcast while you cook or relax. Plus, your furry friends will have a blast at the dog park—and there are pet stations on the way there, too. Other conveniences include online payments, management, and 24-emergency maintenance.Our one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans are equally exciting. Expect soaring ceilings with crown moldings and fans, air conditioners, and energy-efficient thermostats. You will find black appliances, custom cabinets, and a cable TV outlet in the kitchens, while the bathrooms sport garden tubs. We also know how important privacy is, and so, we included private entryways, along with patios or balconies.
Another perk of our community is how easy it makes traveling around the area. We are near the I-35, US-69, and 1-435, so your commute will be easy. Plus, we are part of the AAA-rated Blue Valley School District.
